Could be adhesions maybe, from the endo or your first surgery. There are specially trained massage therapists who can treat adhesions. On the other hand, if it is endo, and no doubt that has returned, you could try natural progesterone cream. It's my opinion that bc pills will make endo worse in the long run because they just feed it more estrogen.
