Previous message: anonymous@obgyn.net: "girls i have a problem" I just went to my doctor today. They did an pelvic ultrasound. I had one done 3 months ago. The first ultrasound the found what they thought might be cysts on both ovaries. The put me on the birth control pill to maybe help relieve the symtoms. It did not relieve the symptoms and they still found what might be cysts on my ovaries. My right ovary was enlarged. Today the doctor said that the spots on my ovaries might be endometriosis. She said the only way to know for sure is to do a laperscopic surgery. She though that the birthcontrol should be already helping and since I have had a tubal there is really no need to prolong the birth control. I was wondering if it is endo how fast can it spread?
