Hi Sarah, I'm not sure what it is that is the cause for your thrush, but I feel for you because its such a nuisance. Have you been on antibiotics as this can cause thrush. I was on the same pill as you and it caused a month long bleed which the doctor put down to just a dysfuctional bleed. After changing my pill to microgynin, I again had a bleed. Is there any chance that you could be pregnant? Make sure there is no chance you could be miscarring as this is what happened to me. Just make sure you realise that you are not safe contraceptively when you bleed, even though you are on the pill. I hope this helped, take care and good luck with surgery. Lisa
