Hi everyone,   I'm hoping that someone can give me some advice or let me know if they have expereinced the same thing. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo, along with adenomyosis and severe adhesions in november. I had been taking something for pms until then but was put onto a 6month course of zoladex so obviously the pms stopped. The zoladex ran out 4 weeks ago and i was feeling ok until about 10 days ago when i started to feel really tearful and depressed. I'm also suffering from severe fatigue-which I have in the past. I'm hoping that its just a bad bout of pms which will pass, but to be honest there's no other signs of my periods returning. I'm worried that its the endo symptoms returning full scale as I'd hoped the zoladex would mean they wouldn't be so bad for a while.
