so tired of HORMONES--seeking alternative treatments for endo

Any advice is welcome on the troublesome issue of treating endometriosis-- I was diagnosed w. endo 2 years ago, and was put on birth control pills following two surgeries to remove ovarian cysts. I was doing ok on the pill until I began a new sexual relationship with my current partner, and that's when the problems started. I have experienced bad irritation / itching, vaginal dryness, bloating of my abdomen, and pelvic pain that is centered around my ovaries and in the groin of my right side (where I had surgery). I have been to the doctor, who screened me for infections but found nothing, so I was told that I had a sensitivity to latex condoms and was told to switch to polyurethane. We did that, and that helped, but I am still experiencing irritation and dryness, along with pelvic pain, pretty much all the time. I went off the pill to have a period this past week, and the dryness cleared up remarkably / the pain dissipated somewhat, which makes me wonder if all my symptoms are related to hormone therapy. Are there any treatments out there alternative to Hormone therapy to treat endometriosis? Are there any diets or vitamins that can help ease symptoms of endo or vaginal dryness? I'm tired and frustrated of all of this--any answers are welcome. Thanks.
