Rg is right -- have your endo "excised (cut out)" by an endo specialist.
Also, for me, the birth control pills worsened my endo pain by feeding
the endo. I know many doctors (and even a few specialists!) think that
the pill alleviates endo pain, but it absolutely did not for me -- the
hormones fed my endo. When I finally got off of the continuous bc pill,
much of my pain dissipated -- of course, I also had the endo excised -
and I stay away from phytoestrogens, most dairy, excess caffeine, etc..
