Depot Lupron & vaginal tears?

My husband & I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years now. My obgyn put me on Clomid for a year and a half trying to get my progesterone up so I would ovulate. She was unconcerned by my wildly varying menstrual periods and increasing back pain. I finally got fed up and went to a reproductive endocrinologist. He took one look at my labwork and diagnosed me with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis.

I had laproscopic surgery in November confirming the endo and excising some of the adhesions and revealing a fibroid tumor in my uterine wall. He put me on Depot Lupron afterwards to try and kill off any remaining active endo. He said taht estrogen was basically the fertilizer for endo, so deprive it of that and it will die. My estrogen took awhile to supress, so I've actually been getting shots every three weeks.

I'm a hotbed of side effects, so I'm on Zoloft for anxious depression (every time my husband left the house, I was sure he was going to die), Dycyclomine, Neurontin for hot flashes, Femara for the estrogen the endo produces, etc etc.

I'm losing huge gobs of hair, suffer migranes, have crazy hot flashes and still get cranky and/or sad. The biggest problem right now is very painful intercourse. We're using lubrication, I'm hot and bothered and ready to go, but as soon as he enters me, it feels as if I'm tearing and sex is extremely painful. Afterwards, I have some light blood. Has anyone else on Lupron noticed decreased vaginal elasticity? Does that come back upon completion of the Lupron cycle? Please tell me it's not a permanent thing!

Thank you, ladies! I pray for pain-free days for all of us!
