Yoga is good just do it when your not in pain. dont do sports or exercising that involves jumping, running..etc. dont over work yourself. Good luck.. --Kerri jane Suzy...you are not alone. I am 19yrs. old and endo has ruined my life. I was diagnosed at 15yrs. and still havent found anything that helps other than vicidon, which makes it really hard to work 40 hours a week. I was really irratable too, so my doc gave me wellbutrin, it is an antideppresent that makes you happy, gives you energy and helps you sleep at night. I have gone through 7 docs and gynos in the last 4yrs. I am also very frustrated but you gotta do what you can. Keep your hopes up, good luck. e-mail me if you would like. --Kerri jane
