Cherryl, I get the leg pain as you describe it too. It starts in the pelvis and goes down through the groin and on down to about mid thigh (front only, not the back, it is not sciatica). It is a really bad burning sensation with a lot of pain also. Sort of like everything is being pulled out of me through my thighs. I don't know, as you said it is really hard to explain. I may not get it for a couple of years (I've had endo for 30 years) and then for no apparent reason I will get it for several months in a row and it will disappear again.
