I get pain in my right groin and it also runs down my leg, all the way to my foot sometimes. It is usually a very achy kind of pain that is sometimes crippling. Exercise also makes mine worse. The worst of all is sitting for long periods of time. I have a desk job and by the end of the day my leg and groin pain is so bad that I can barely walk or sit without major discomfort. When it is bad I have found that wearing jeans or tight pants makes it seem worse. I usually have to wear baggy pants or dresses. I tend to think that the sciatic nerve is responsible. I have seen reports of the sciatic nerve being effected by endo, but there is no way to get to it to remove it because it is burried deep in muscle. I had a laporotomy to remove what was there but the pain still persists.
