I guess I'm kind of confused.
I have stage IV endo and have had only 1 laparoscopy that turned into a
2 1/2 hour laparotomy. I was asymptomatic until I developed a huge
endometrioma that caused me alot of pain and was then diagnosed with
endo. My doc told me if she had to do anymore surgery, it would be a
hysterectomy. She couldn't do anything more conservatively and wouldn't
keep doing laparoscopies. I honestly don't think I would want to put
myself through another one either.
Kids aren't an issue. Never had any serious desire to begin with, I
really just want to keep my own parts if you know what I mean.
Are your docs doing multiple laps because of fertility issues?
