I have sever endo and within 2 months my endo was found to be even worse then before I started the course of Zoladex. My Doctor told me that the best time to TTC was immediatley after your first menstration. We've taken several steps to see that we do. I chart my basal temperature, cervical fluids, and saliva. Try reading "TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY", by Toni Weschler. I found that any of the computerized ovulation devices took too many months to establish a pattern, we're just look to see when I ovulate so that we know when the best time to TTC would be. And other than that cross your fingers. hope I helped a little, I'm new at this too. Lorien
