yes, this sounds like Endo. Many doctor's will misdiagnose Endo sufferers with Irritable Bowel Syndrome so that's why she told you that... The only way to diagnose Endo is via Laparascopy. The U/S may do some good but more than likely not. Mine showed a "small cyst." Well, when my Gyn got in there she didn't see a cyst but that my ovary was attached to everything around it by scar tissue and Endo. I would bloat and look 5-6 months pregnant when I ovulated (most women will tell you the same thing). If you aren't convinced that this isn't bowel related either find a new Gyn or tell this one that you want a Lap.
