Hello Ladies,
I have been on Lupron for the last 6 months. I was in pain for the
first couple of weeks and now I am glad I made the decision. I had
severe hot flashes but started taking premarin for 4 months, which
helped tremendously.
Weight gain wasn't an issue, actually I lost weight. The only other
side effects that I experienced are mood swings but they come and go.
I've had endo since I was 18 but took birth control that hid the
symptons until I got off of them at 28. I know we hear a lot of
negatives about Lupron and it took a lot of courage for me to go ahead
and get the injections, but I am glad I did. I have been pain free, but
remember that we all are different so please speak with your Doctor.
