Hi , It sounds to me like you have a gartners duct cyst I had the same thing a few months ago, it is painless and hard. right on the inside of my vagina. When they are small enough they can be removed in the office, I had to have my removed surgicaly, it was about the size of a golf ball. I hear they are non-cancerous but can cause problems so if you havent yet go see a gyno. It could also be called a mullarian duct cyst. They are very simular. Hope you find out soon.
