Yes. I had this. I am 24. I had two dermoids the size of grapefruits and endometriosis. I basically bled for years pretty much without stopping. It is very bad for your endometriosis, because it causes internal bleeding making the endometrial pockets to grow more rapidly and to become more painful. Hope you are feeling ok!
