Re: Benadryl Allergy?

I see that this question was posted ages ago, but thought I'd throw a reply on here anyway. I've never been professionally diagnosed as allergic to benadryl, but I've found that everytime I take it, I end up with hives. When I started getting them, they'd be more pronounced welts, but now it's more like a general miserable itchy rash on all soft parts of body, under arms, around waist, etc. It takes about 3 days for them to go away. Since noone can understand that I'd be allergic to Benadryl, I've tried it again recently to have the same reaction. I'm hoping maybe I can find that I'm not so unusual, that there are others with same reaction?
