Re: Andyomsios (sp?)From: Kirsti (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri May 16 08:12:05 2003
Hello, sorry i took so long to reply. i went to a dietrican who told me that most women with endo have food allergies. i found most doctors anti any thing alternative so have had to search for myself. there are natropaths etc that specialise in endo. i did some allergie tests and are on a strict diet that seems to be helping. i formed the final diet with my dietrican but it started from a book "the yeast connection" from william c crook he also has a more specific one for women that i believe talks about endo. My diet is no wheat, no sugar, no dairy, no yeast and some pills to discourage the growth of "bad" yeast - sparonox and nilstat, and aphodophillyis (sp?) to encourage the growth of good yeast. I hope this helps? I wrote to the endo in NZ who suggested i go back to a specialist as the pain i am having during sex is not normal. I always find the specizliates so rushed and wanting to solve the problem with pills. I hope you manage to get pregeant. kirsti > >Please don't feel like you are alone....because you are not.
