Interesting. I've seen the op reports from my first surgery and no mention was made of using an adhesion blocker. Why I only had one adhesion going in to my second surgery is hard to say but you might be right that they used an adhesion blocker even though it wasn't described in either op report. I will ask my current dr if she used an adhesion blocker with my surgery in 1999. That would make sense that she might since I had no adhesions this time.

Thanks for the info. It makes me want to ask her about that and I think I will the next time I see her.
