Finding a Doctor near Johnstown PA

I am looking for a specialist in the Johnstown, PA area. This is between Pittsburgh and Altoona. If anyone knows of a good doctor in that vicinity I would appreciate the input. My OBGYN here wants to do a laporoscopy on June 3 but since she has diagnosed me with endometriosis which has attached from the uterus to the bowel (I am not quite sure how she came to that diagnosis other than by symptom since I have not had any other tests) I would like to find someone who deals with endometriosis more frequently. I am nervous that there could be complications with the bowel if I have my local OBGYN do the laproscopy. I know there could be complications no matter where you go for treatment but I would like to have a second opinion before I undergo any surgery.
