I do not have adenomyosis (will find out if I have that when I go in for a laparotomy), but I do have endo. I have had it for 11+ years. When the doctor told me I may have adenomyosis, I looked it up through yahoo and found some information on it. I have been wanting to try something through herbs or diet to help out with my pain. I am trying to have a baby right now, and I know maybe our situations are differnt, but with no pain meds, it's been a rough road for almost a year trying to get PG. I can understand your frustration about the soreness when having sex. Trying different positions may help at times. I know my husband has been very supportive and understanding. Your partner is doing a great job of understanding and sometimes being open about the situation will help. Communication is the key. Just remember we all have our days of feeling down or depressed. I, too, am trying to make the best out of my situation and look for new information everyday on how to keep myself well mentally and physically. You have started with your diet. Does that seem to help you and your symptoms? Please let me know if it does because I would really like to know more about it. Take care and hope this has helped. Misty
