Hello, I don't know if this will be of any help. I had an operation and my apin remained so i tried a few diets, i am now on an anti yeast diet, it includes no sugar as sugar helps yeast grow. The idea is that you can have too mcuh yeast in your stomach, and the good bacteria cannot gorw enough to break down the food properly. I notice a real difference in the pain. I have a book called the yeast connection but i don't have the authors name with me. I alos got checked for food allergies. I get down too , good luck with getting pregenat. I do believe if you are having trouble another operation can help. kirsti
