Wow!!! I wish I went up 2 cut sizes when I was on Ortho tri-Cyclen!! I'm a (pathetic) 34A. But anyway, it sounds like it may not be the right pill for you, so you should go talk to your doctor about starting another pill with a hormone balance that works for you.
