I use Tampax tampons in the Slender Regular size. I used to use Tampax
100% cotton tampons until they quit making them. If they haven't quit
making them, then I can't find them anymore. I use Always pads while
sleeping when my flow is lighter and doesn't require a tampon. I also
use panty liners during the times when I'm spotting.
