i cannot use tampons because they are too painful. i have endo around my cervix, so anything in my vagina just kills me.

i have used the always brand in the past. but now i'm switching to a brand called natracare. they do not go through a chemical bleaching process. i'm getting them from a health food store. they are supposed to be better for you than regular pads because there are no chemicals. we'll see how that goes.

i don't wear a pantyliner all the time. only if i am worried about spotting. but i change it often throughout the day.
