I posted something and its kinda harf to read.(I'm new at this). sorry this time I'll keep it short and sweet. What would cause lymph blood counts to be elevated?

--
I have been to my gyno twice aweek every week for the last month.
I am 20 years old married for 2 and a half years with a 3 year old and almost
2 year old. I have severe pelvic pain and lower back pain .I have a slightly
elvated wbc and lymph count. In addtion I have a 4cm cyst on my right ovary
and just had my i.u.d. removed on friday. Now I can barely tolerate the pain
unless I'm doped up on pain killer. My next appointmnet is on Tuesday Doc says
if pain is the same or worse then laproscoopy. My question is why would my
lymph blood count be elavated?Ihave researched everything from cysts to endo
to cancers, but can't find anything on lymph counts? Any help is greatly
 appreciated.thank you.
