Kevie, to me, your symptoms don't necessarily sound like endo. Cramps
on day two of your period are normal, and some discomfort or pain is
also normal during ovulation. Our cycles also do change slightly as we
age. You don't say anything about the severity of your pain, and you
don't seem to have pain when you're not ovulating or having your period.
If your cyst did return and rupture, you would be in severe pain and
you'd probably end up in the emergency room from the pain. If you're
concerned about the cyst having returned, you should probably have an
ultrasound (transvaginal would be best). If you and you doctor suspect
endo, you will have to have a laparoscopy to be properly and positively
diagnosed. But, from what you have said, it doesn't sound like endo.
You could be right that you're more focused on your body because you're
trying to conceive. If you can't get pregnant after a year, definitely
see your doctor. Good luck!
