I just wanted to tell you that I was for about 5 years taken Birth control pills becuase the doctors diagnosed for years taht I have cyst. Well let me tell you something, with the years I got worse and nothing worked, therefore I visited bout 5 doctos which only 2 diagnosed Endo. The others were looking at me like an idiod when i mentioned endometriosis. I went to surgery and the diagnosis was "severe endo". he doesn't understand how did I go for so long becuase the Endo pushed my right ovary behind my left ovary and other organs had full with Endo. My surgery last almost 7 hours. Every doctor I went had told me that I had cyst and let me tell you that any cyst was found during surgery. keep visiting doctors until you find the right one. read about the endo and find out if you have the symptoms. I did that and I had all the symptoms of Endo that's why I was sure that I had endo at the end. good luck!
