I do have endo and have problems with my bowels that is getting progressively worse. Let me explain. A few days before my period, I have very painful bowel movements that sometimes causes bleeding. Of course, I have all the pain endo causes with my period. But, what happens after my period is where I am asking for help. For the last 4 months, on day 6 of my cycle I can't keep any food in me. I get horrible cramps and diarrhea for a week to 10 days. Since Christmas, I have lost 26 pounds. I'm not complaining about the weight loss, it would be fine to lose even more weight but I am worried about the way this is happening. The cramping is terrible. My husband is getting upset because I'm in pain for about 10 days before my period, then feeling crappy during my period, and then I get this stomach cramping and diarrhea. Does anyone else have similar problems? I can't use Pepto or anything else to help with the diarrhea because I get severely constipated. Basically, it's a lose lose situation. Can anyone help me?
