If you have severe endo, Lupron will probably not solve anything. I had severe endo and was put through the same thing. It did nothing except cause me a lot of misery. I found that the only way to get help was to find a surgeon to remove the disease by excision and that's what I did. Almost two years ago, I found Dr. Redwine in Bend, Oregon and I chose him to do my surgery. I am still pain free. I would not rush to have a hysto either. Endo can grow on other organs and continue to cause pain even after a hysto. I don't know your age, or your stage in life, but please do more research on this. Here is Dr. Redwine's website.
