Stage 1 Minimal, Stage 2 Mild, Stage 3 Moderate and Stage 4 Severe. These stages may not reflect the level of pain felt, infertility or symptoms present. For instance some women can feel great pain and minimal endo implants are found while other have been found with large mass and feel no pain.
