> Wow, and all i could think of was when my NP recommended taking aleve for the severe pains. That it is actually better than Ibuprofen for the pain. I hae tried both intermittently. I find using ibuprofen like she suggests along with some extra magnesium during that time helps and if the cramps get really bad then i just use aleve and it does work for me but everyone is different Yahoo!
