Hi,
Thanks for the list of foods to avoid...I was wondering which foods trigger pain.....it's good to know which foods to stay away from....I'm also a dairy lover, maybe if I try to keep that to a minimum or even slowly stop it, it will help with the pain...
I also suggest that book by Dian. It is a great book for nutrition with endo.
