If you are like many you will unfortunately find that your current diet is everything that appears bad for you - that was my case - hope this helps. I also saw a natrapath which helped considerably. The cure was not there for me as the endo grew too fast & natural remedies take up to 6 months to work however it made my overall health improve allowing me to fight the endo pain etc easier. Aim to reduce inflammation & increase immune system Zinc tablet (1 daily), Vitamin E, 50 milligams daily, Calcium ascorbate powder one quarter teaspoon 4x daily in juices, Evening Primrose oil, three to four grams daily, Antioxidant Tablets, 2 daily, Hemofactor two daily, Magnesium 6 milligams daily A high fat, high calorie diet and excessive weight causes high levels of oestrogen in the body so aim to reduce Aim to reduce natural oestrogens and weight Wholegrains only (bread pasta etc) avoid white bread, flour biscuits etc Most beanshowever not Soy Beans or bean sprouts as these are high in plant oetrogens Remove fat from all meat, no processed meats, bacon, sausages, skin on poultry, roast meat dinners used daity free margarine in small amounts No full cream daity products No peanuts, salted nuts, Peanut butter No refined sugar, salt/salty foods No alcohol, malted milk drinks - Have water, mineral soda water, Herbal Teas
