Re: nausea.. is it really a symptom of endo? or is it caused by the meds ?

Natalie, You might want to consider that the nausea is from the hormone pills you take. I am allergic to most hormones and therefore; I cannot take hormone therapy to help my endo. If I take estrogen, it causes extreme migraines, mood swings from hell, nausea, and more pain. If I take progestrone, I get acne on the face, back , and inbetween my breasts along with REALLY bad nausea. Try talking to your doctor about your symtoms and changing your meds. Also you might want to take your hormone pill at a different time. Fro example, I took mine at bedtime. That way I was really only sick in the morning instead of all day long. -Amy
