Re: So much pain--please help

Theresea, I have also had the pain that goes down the backs of my legs. I had 5 hernias removed last Oct. along with scar tissue from my first endo surgery. From what I understand, the pain down the backs of legs comes from your siatic(spelling?) nerve being pitched. In my case it is being pinched from the nerve damage my hernias caused and my muscles cramping up in my abdominal region for at least 3 weeks out of the month because of my endo. DO get a new doctor!! There are pain meds out there that you will not become too "spaced out" to take care of your boys. Also try heat and massage. I hope this helps you find relief. After all, that is what we all just want.

good luck and please know that you are not alone, Amy
