Hello, I have had a similar problem, important to find a specialist. I have a doctor here in Atlanta and he works with a colon/rectal surgeon, you don't just want a gyn doing the surgery alone. Endo on the bowel looks very different. I am having surgery with my doctor and a colo-rectal surgeon in May, they are planning on doing a bowel resection which if you are bleeding indicates that a resection is the only way to treat it. You don't usually have bleeding unless it has penetrated. If you want more info email me at my email address listed.
