I had a laparoscopy in 1996 and ever since have had this smelly
yellow-whitish belly button discharge. The skin inside the belly button
becomes red at times when the discharge is heavy. I noticed it
immediately and mentioned it to my ob-gyn who said it could just be
another symptom of the endo but it was interesting to me that it only
appeared after the laparoscopy while the other symptoms had been around
for 8 months before....
