any advice on HRT and removal of ovaries with hysterectomy

I'm 30 yrs old. For the first time my pap came back abnormal. After a biopsy we found out I have sever dysplasia (pre-cancerous cells). Through reading I've found out that birth controll pill are one of the major factors in the type of dysplasia I have, and am at a higher risk of it coming back because (1)I have now had it once (2) with my endo I have no choice but to take birth control. I have seen three doctors in 2 months about what I should do. Dr. B and C of the three say I need to have a hyst. to take care of dysplaia and endo, Dr. A said do a LEEP and continue to treat endo as have in past. After having a BAD cycle this past weekend and almost completely unable to care for myself much less my two yr old, there was no doubt what I should do. However, I don't know if I should leave my ovaries in or have them taken out. Dr. A and C said my chances of being pain free with ovaries are 50%(Dr. A) or 80% (Dr. C), they both agreed if left in I will more that likely be back in the OR with in 5yrs to have them out. Now Dr. B is convinced that she can do the hyst. leaving the ovaries in and I'll have no more pain ever. I have also read alot of conflicting info on HRT after the hyst. If any one can give my there advice I would be grateful!! To all those not in pain today-for you-I'm VERY happy and hope you stay that way. For those out there who feel as I do, I send send my prayers and hopes for you to feel better soon.

Thanks - Yvette
