I went back to my RE yesterday for my pre-op and also had my pre-op stuff at the hospital. He did a pelvic exam that hurt so much. For the first time, I had tears welling up as he was pressing down while his hand was inside me. As he was looking at my previous lap pictures he pointed out a lot of endo that my previous gyn missed...my left tube is almost completely damaged....and there's an abnormal nodule on my appendix. There's alot that he will be cutting out and hopefully helping w/ the pain. I am having the lap on APril 7th and most likely will stay overnight for observation cause he'll be doing alot. There's a chance that when he gets in, the adhesions, endo, and scar tissue will be extensive. In that case, he'll have to completely open me up. In that case, I would be at the hospital for the week. I am really nervous about what he's gonna find inside of me.
