Sean, All I ever had done to see what was causing my trouble was blood work
( a whole lot of it!) and an ultrasound done both vaginally and externally.
The ultrasound for me did pick up
mass and they measured it at 7 1/2 c.m.  At that point then the only way to
really know what you have in there is to do laparscopy.
