YEs, I agree a ca-125 should have been ordered already for your wife.  I just
went through all this and yes masses will show up for endo this is normal.
And if her ca-125 comes back high that to is also normal if she has endo.  Mine
was a 200 as well.  A hysterectomy will likely be in order. Good luck.
