Fibromyalgia and Endometrosis

I recently had my first Lupron shot. I have endometrosis and clinical depression. The shot has turned my world upside down. Can anyone give me advice?

My Rheumatologist got very upset when he found out the pain I am in from the Fibro - which was greatly enhanced by the Lupron shot. My nerves are shot. I take Percocet 7.5mg 4 times a day, Soma (muscle relaxer) up to three times a day, if necesary, 300mg. of Effexor a day, and Aygestin once a day.

My next shot is due next week - my ob/gyn says I should take it, but he can't tell me when the pain is gonna stop - nor the bleeding - someone give me some info please!!!!!
