Microscopic endoFrom: Chrystal (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Mar 12 12:00:26 2003
Hi I am new to this and have a couple questions? I have had abdiminal pain for about 4 months that is like a knife stabing into me and lower back pain. Had a laproscopy done about three weeks ago. Dr. said that she removed a ballon like cyst filled with fluit from my falopian tube were they were tied and that she reburned and tied it. Also she seen a small raspberry callered spot on left overy that she burned off. She said it was to small to tell what it was or to do any testing on it. My regular Dr. was in the room for the surgery and wants to do a GI work up on me to see if that is why I'm having the pain. My periods have been unbearable for many years, and very irragular. Went back to gyn for post op and she said that it their is a possibility that I have Microscopic endo and she wants to wait for the GI resolts to see if they are neg. If so she wants to put me on Lupron. I have ready alot of the testimonials on the side effects of this drug and do not feel that I want to take that chance of ending up with one of the side effects. Is their something else that can be done? Like a hyst even if it is micoscopic. Have my family all ready tubes tied seven years ago and a cervical cone 2 years ago. But the big problem for these dr's is that I'm only 29 and they keep saying that I am so young
