I >would do the synarel again if needed though. I had the same good experience while on Synarel too. Make sure to take tons of Calcium while on Synarel b/c it does decrease your bone density. I am realizing that now, b/c I have osteopenia, the onset of osteoprosis. I also did notice moderate fatigue too. Otherwise, a good medication with a posistive experience to go along w/ it.
