Good News!

Just want to let all of you know that I am doing so much better. I do not know if this is mere coincidence or not- but I have been taking 1000mg of Marine coral calcium daily and for 2 days now- I have not had to take a single narcotic pain reliever! I tried toridol the other day but did not like some of the side effects. Anyway- my doctor recommended trying calcium as an alternative. At first I laughed- but I bought some and started taking it. Maybe this is all in my head- but I do not care- I only care that I actually feel better. I slept well last night and although I still have some back pain and cramping, however it is minimal and ever so slight compared to my ever other pain filled day in the past 2 months. I may actually get to clean my entire house today! I woke up this morning feeling sooooo much better that I actually started doing laundry at 7 this morning! I am hoping that this relief is not temporary- but I will enjoy it for however long it lasts. Thank you all for listening to me the past few weeks. I know that I have been miserable and have done more than my share of complaining about my pain. I am not saying that calcium is a cure or will work for everyone or that it is even the reason I am feeling better. It could be only a coincidince- but should any of you want to try it- it sure could not hurt. I wish you all the best! Just thought that for once I could share something positive around here. P.S. I think that my Zoloft is finally starting to work- because this is the first morning I have woken up in a long time without feeling depressed!
