Re: Lupron shots causing depression?From: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon Mar 10 06:09:28 2003
Lupron causes severe depression. It put me in the hospital. There is a Lupron site where a lot of people are trying to take it off the market but yet I also know some men that Lupron is good for men with prostate cancer and very preventative. I just think doctors need to inform women of the actual side efffects and what to expect. I can't believe you have been on it for two years. That's not good for bone density loss. I am going through a really bad depression and I have been on daily shots of Lupron for almost 2 years. I really think it is the Lupron. I take Lexapro, but it has not been helping lately. Do you have any more info that could help me?
