I wish I could help but I live in Chicago and you may want to ask your doctor about trigger point mapping with physical therapy. I was diagnosed with endo with my lap nearly 3 years ago, but have had symptoms for about 9 years. I live in a tiny town near San Antonio and cannot find a good Dr. I have been through every treatment my old Dr. knew of with no results and am desperate for new answers.
