Thanks to all who responded to this post. Today is the 3rd day IN A ROW
that I have had a migraine headache. I took a huge amount of the
migraine med that I take and finally it is going away. I still feel
nauseous and crappy. I called the doctor yesterday asking if I should
stop taking Yasmine, stick it out for longer or try another bc pill. His
nurse asked me if I thought that I could try it for another week. I
said I would do my best. She also told me that all the bc pills are
about the same and she doesn't think that it would do me any good to
switch. I kind of agree. In the past I have tried several different
types of bc pills, they all had intolerable side effects.
Then she proceeds to tell me that my only other choice is more Lupron
after the endo specialist and I agreed that I do not need to take
anymore Lupron. I do not think that my poor body could take it. Aside
from developing bone density loss I also get chronic migraines and
vomiting from Lupron.
I really am hoping that the specialist will do another lap and that I
will feel better soon. He has already made me wait for 1 year and I am
growing very impatient.
Thanks for letting me vent. I feel better.
