As you probably know adhesions are scar tissue and lesions are abnormal cells. When you have any kind of surgery (or any time you are cut open somehow) new scar tissue will form. There are procedures your doctor can do while in surgery to minimize these adhesions but regardless of what they do there will always be some. Hope this helps, Take care, Jauna
